مشكلة عن منتج باللغة الانجليزية :
Hello , I would like to file a complaint today about the product that bears the name (….) I bought it last week, but it is not what was shown on the site, and it does not match the specifications in the product description, I feel dissatisfied About this bad experience and would like to return it again and get my money back.
مرحبًا، أرغب في تقديم شكوى اليوم عن المنتج الذي يحمل اسم (….) حيث قمت بشرائه في الأسبوع الماضي، ولكنه غير الذي قد تم عرضه على الموقع، كما أنه لا يتطابق في المواصفات التي توجد في وصف المنتج، أشعر بعدم الرضا عن هذه التجربة السيئة، وأرغب في إعادته مرة أخرى وأحصل على أموالي.
